This position will focus on our members in person or on the phone, assisting them with everyday routine needs and partnering with them through significant life events.
You must be dedicated to consistently deliver on delivering an extraordinary experience with each interaction. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of outstanding customer service and relationship building experience. Excellent communication and the ability to think beyond traditional solutions are essential.

This position will focus on our members in person or on the phone, assisting them with everyday routine needs, and partnering with them through significant life events.
You must be dedicated to consistently deliver on our commitment of do-ing what is in the best interest of our members. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of outstanding customer service and rela-tionship building experience. Excellent communication and the ability to think beyond traditional solutions are essential. Lending experience is a plus.
