“The core” is the main system our employees use when interacting with you. It plays a key role in the running of our credit union. We’ve used these systems since 1998 – and it’s time to upgrade our technology.
Throughout the summer, we’re going to be a bit “under construction” as our staff learn new systems. Because of that, you may experience slightly longer wait times or hold times. We really appreciate your patience in the weeks and months ahead.
